Labor Day Arts Festival Application

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES AND APPLICATION:

• Applications may be submitted electronically or by mail but should arrive or be postmarked by August 2nd, 2024.

• Art or Craft items offered for sale must be made by the applicant. Only handmade crafts are permitted. Crafts made from kits are not acceptable.

• Applicants are required to be present, full-time, during the festival.

• Exhibitors may not sub-lease assigned booths.

• Only 53 exhibition spaces will be available. Assignments are awarded based on the date of submitted application.

• Public trash removal will not be available. Exhibitors are expected to remove and dispose of their own trash. 

• Vendors must move their vehicles from the square parking area to make parking space for patrons.

• Exhibitors who do not abide by these guidelines will not be invited to future festivals.

OUR RESPONSE:

• Every application is considered promptly. Email confirmation of the received application will be sent to the applicant. Acceptance or rejection of application will also be delivered by email.

FEES:

• The exhibitor space is 10’ x 10’ and the fee is $50 per space.  Make check payable to: The Corner Arts Gallery

• Applicants can request more than one space. If purchased online booth fees must be paid in two transactions.

• If you choose to mail your application a check with the appropriate fee amount must be received by August 2nd, 2024. 

• Checks or refunds will be returned to vendors whose applications are not accepted.

DATE and TIME:

• The Labor Day Arts Festival is a one-day event on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• Vendors’ set-up is 8:00 am to 9:45 am. 

• Vendors’ breakdown will occur at 4:00 pm and NOT BEFORE.

SITE:

• The Labor Day Arts Festival is located on the Court Square surrounding historic Coweta County Courthouse in downtown Newnan.
